The April 9th deadline is approaching. Youth seeking to be considered for summer employment through RochesterWorks and the City of Rochester/SOOP must submit an application no later than Thursday April 9th. Applications and information on potential summer opportunities can be got at the RochesterWorks! Career Center, 255 N. Goodman Street, Rochester, NY 14607, and City of Rochester, Bureau of Youth Services, City Hall, 30 Church Street, Room 222B, Rochester, NY 14614, and on-line at www.rochesterworks.org and www.cityofrochester.gov. Rochester City School District students can submit completed applications in high schools. Check with the Main Office for the contact person in your school.. Eligible youth are those who live within the City of Rochester and Monroe County, currently enrolled in middle and high school, between the ages of 14–20 years old. Additional criteria are required. Please refer to the Fact Sheet included with the application.
